1. 條款之接受 使用本網站 Wayne Physio 物理治療師（以下簡稱「本網站」）即表示您同意本服務條款。若您不同意，請勿使用本網站。「Wayne Physio」指張仁瑋物理治療師及其員工與約聘人員。我們保留隨時修改本條款之權利，恕不另行通知。

2. 非醫療建議聲明 本網站內容僅供資訊分享與衛教參考，並不構成醫療建議。使用本網站並不代表您與本服務提供者建立了正式的醫病關係。若遇緊急醫療情況，請撥打 119（台灣）或當地緊急求救電話。

3. 智慧財產權 網站上所有文字、影像及內容均屬 Wayne Physio 所有，受著作權法保護。您僅能出於個人非商業用途下載一份副本。嚴禁任何未經授權的重製、修改或分發行為。

4. 責任限制 本網站資訊按「現狀」提供，不附帶任何形式的保證。Wayne Physio 對於因使用或無法使用本網站而產生的任何損害不承擔責任。您唯一的補救措施是停止使用本網站。

5. 使用者提交資訊 請勿發送未經請求的創意或構想。任何提交的資訊將成為 Wayne Physio 的財產，且不予補償。您同意不傳送任何惡意程式、病毒或違法內容。

6. 履行與退款政策

數位產品： 下載類數位產品一經購買恕不退款。
諮詢服務： 預約時需支付全額費用。若在預約時間 24 小時前 取消，可辦理退款（須扣除 NT$600 預約手續費）。預約時間前 24 小時內取消者，恕不退款。

7. 管轄法律 本條款受中華民國（台灣）法律管轄。若產生任何法律訴訟，應以台灣彰化地方法院為第一審管轄法院。

Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Wayne Physio (hereinafter “the Website”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website. “Wayne Physio” refers to Wayne Chang, his employees, and contractors. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without notice.

2. No Medical Advice

The Content on this Website is for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. No physical therapist-patient relationship is established by using this Website. In an emergency, call 119 (Taiwan) or your local emergency services.

3. Intellectual Property

All text, images, and content are owned by Wayne Physio and protected by copyright laws. You may download one copy for personal, non-commercial use only. Any unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

4. Limitation of Liability

Content is provided “as is” without warranties. Wayne Physio is not liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Website. Your sole remedy is to stop using the Website.

5. User Submissions

Do not send unsolicited ideas or concepts. Any information submitted becomes the property of Wayne Physio without compensation. You agree not to transmit harmful programs, viruses, or illegal content.

6. Fulfillment & Refund Policy

Digital Products: No refunds are available for downloadable products.
Consultation Services: Payment is due at the time of booking. A refund (minus a NT$600 processing fee) can be provided if cancelled at least 24 hours before the appointment. No refunds for cancellations within 24 hours.

7. Governing Law

Any legal disputes shall be governed by the laws of Taiwan (R.O.C.), and legal actions must be taken in the courts of Changhua, Taiwan.
